Dear exchange students,

it's easter holidays and some of you probably went home or are visiting other cities. Anyway, we want to offer everyone who stayed in Munich to visit another interesting sight of Munich. Therefore we want to visit the castle of Nymphenburg with you.

Nymphenburg castle was built as a summer residence for bavarian dukes in 1679. At this time, it was far away from the city. During the following two centuries, it was extended several times and nowadays, not only the castle itself but also the surrounding gardens are really worth a visit.

We'll meet at 1 pm at the tramway stop "Schloss Nymphenburg" (line 16/17) and we'll visit the castle and the garden together afterwards. The entrance fee is 6€. A registration in advance is not necessary - just show up!

If the weather is good, we can enjoy the remaining afternoon in a nice Biergarten nearby or otherwise in a café.

You can find the facebook event here:

We're looking forward to a nice Easter Saturday with you,

your MESA-staff
